Over time the outlet line can become damaged or just deteriorate. We will replace the outlet line with schedule 40 PVC and make a watertight seal at the tank and field lines.

Over time the concrete will become deteriorated. Allowing anything floating in the scum layer to leave the tank and clog your field lines.

Unfortunately, some homes are built without having a clean out. That leaves you with a high chance of sewage flooding the home if there is a clog. By adding a clean out you can snake the line and not have it flood the home.
